Hello my name is Nick Lannan,  

I want to start by saying that if you are reading this blog post on my website you must have been digging for more information about making money.

So I will continue under that assumption.

Im wondering though if you are looking for a job or looking for a good stable source of income?   

When someone says "I need a job" all I can hear is  "I need a cap on my income potential!" 

Sure jobs are convenient in the perspective that all you have to do most of the time is show up and put your 8 to 10 hours, then wait for the bell to ring.

Im sure that for most people this is just fine and they are happy with what they can get.

For me this is absolutely not the case for I have been bitten by the income potential bug.

I do not ever want to put a cap on my income again, no matter what.  I just have to be more creative and stay in the creative state longer than normal. 

So here is the choice if you are looking for a job right now you can either acquire an income cap or you can work with Nick Lannan to start building the income that you need to be free from the pressure of the normal dead end job.  (Journey of the Broke)
